


The Project Manager serves as the bridge between the customer, the crew, and the office, helping ensure Morley Roofing delivers quality work and an exceptional customer experience on every project. As a frontline representative of the company, this role plays a key part in maintaining the professionalism, organization, and craftsmanship our customers expect.
This is a field-based position responsible for overseeing active job sites, monitoring workmanship, and supporting crews throughout the project lifecycle. The Project Manager communicates regularly with homeowners, property managers, and internal team members to keep projects moving efficiently, address questions, and resolve issues as they arise.
The Project Manager works primarily in the field, not the office, and is especially critical during Morley Roofing’s busy season from March through October. Success in this role means keeping projects on track, customers informed, and ensuring every job reflects Morley Roofing’s commitment to quality and reliability.
